A sleek brown bird with a crest, a black mask, yellow belly, yellow tail tip and waxy red wing tips; flocks in berry trees.

May to October; a few winter.
Tips
Bohemian waxwing is greyer with rusty undertail and white wing marks, and is the winter flock in cities.
